Welcome to the official website of the Explosion Museum wedding show. Here you will find all the information you need about the largest wedding event in Gosport.

We invite you to Gosport’s biggest show at the fantastic Explosion Museum. Our 3rd visit to this unique venue is expected to build on the already excellent reputation the show has achieved over the last couple of years.

We welcome many of the very best wedding suppliers Gosport and the surrounding areas has to offer to make sure newlyweds-to-be to be find everything they are looking for.

All visitors to the show are offer a fantastic goodie bag but of course the first 50 receive on of our legendary luxury bags.

We would love to welcome one and all to this brilliant event and of course like all it’s a doddle wedding shows its free admission.

The Venue - The Explosion Museum

The award winning museum of naval warfare created within 18th Centruy buildings at the Royal Navy’s former armaments depot of Priddy’s Hard, in Gosport, Hampshire.

The museum is housed in a group of listed buildings which centre around the original powder magazine of 1771. These sit on the edge of a delightful camber basin on the western shore of Portsmouth Harbour, with views across to Portchester Castle, Whale Island and the Naval Base. Explosion! traces the development of naval armaments from gunpowder to the Exocet missile...

This is a unique historic venue and the wedding show will take place in the main powder magazine room. A very different location with a large single show room, this building makes it the perfect setting to hold our wedding show.
